ORDERS & RETURNS
INITIAL ORDERS
Your order is important to us! Please allow a 24 hour delivery window for next day or specify exact date desired for delivery when ordering online. If same day or immediate delivery is needed, please call us directly to process your order for availability. Same day delivery is not generally guaranteed. HEY, BUD reserves the right to substitute flowers based on seasonal availability.
ORDER CHANGES
If you need to make changes to a gift or order, HEY, BUD requires immediate notice. For immediate attention to an order, call 330-439-2832 to submit changes.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
For all cancellations, please provide written notice 48 hours prior scheduled delivery to receive full refund. If you do not meet cancellation requirements, HEY, BUD reserves the right to refuse full refund. To cancel or suspend your order please email heybudbloom@gmail.com. All returns are refunded to credit card or credited to payment method.
PAYMENTS
